Ingredients

2 dozen clams
1/3 cup fresh bread crumbs
2 – 3 Tablespoons minced flat-leaf parsley
1 – 2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 Tablespoon olive oil

Cooking Instructions

Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
Set clams on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, combine bread crumbs, parsley, garlic, and chili flakes.
Drizzle with olive oil and mix.
Distribute evenly on the clams.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
